- Licensed, Insured & Registered – Not all renovation companies are registered tradespeople or hold high levels of insurance. AM Bathrooms + Projects are registered to provide professional renovation work, hold $10m Public Liability insurance, and hold Home Owners Warranty insurance for up to half a million dollars of work.
- Detail – Ensure you get a good level of detail when meeting with the renovator, in your quotation and throughout the job. AM pride ourselves on taking no shortcuts whatsoever, and this detail stands the test of time in the work.
- Ownership – Does the company treat each job as they would their own home? We feel that respect and care for the client and their home is just as important as doing great work.
- Boutique Service – In general, a smaller team works with you to understand the investment you are embarking on. The owners of AM Bathrooms + Projects, Jenny & Ante Matek, are directly contactable at all times throughout your project.
- Warranties – Commitment to the work should never end after handover. Our beautiful work is covered by a workmanship warranty for at least 7 years. All items installed are high quality and so also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Apples for Apples – if there is a discrepancy in prices there is often a reason relating to the quality of the materials or how work is undertaken. If you are ever unsure about our pricing or how to evaluate a quote, just ask us and we will be happy to help you.
AM Bathrooms + Projects are a little different here due to having a professional interior designer as part of our team. Projects with us usually start with looking at what you like, the latest innovation and styles and developing a design.
- Collect inspiration photos to help narrow down what you like and don’t like.
- What do you want to achieve? What are your must haves? Need a bath, Double shower, and/or Separate toilet? Make a wish list to aim for
- Know your budget. Knowing this upfront save, you time by enabling your renovator to guide you to your realistic dream renovation. Knowing your budget upfront will ensure your money I spent wisely.
