Crescent Rozelle

This family home has a large rumpus room on the bottom floor that has a separate entrance. With growing kids, the family wanted to add a bathroom to this level by utilising an awkward space for visiting friends. Design options were presented and the project commenced. New plumbing was added to this room and provisions were also placed to instal a kitchenette at a later date. Clever design makes this space feel like it was always there and part of the homes design. The space has added value to the home with not only an additional bathroom but also opens up the possibility of renting out this area as a flat. Winning!
