Rowntree Birchgrove

A tired home that needed a little bit of TLC to bring it back to life. New flooring, new paint, a staircase handrail with feature LED lighting were all checked off our client’s wish list. With the growing family there was a need to add some well thought our storage to make life simpler. A new WIR and built-ins to the bedrooms definitely added value to the big empty rooms cluttered with furniture. The bathrooms were straight out of the 80’s with small showers and vanities. Some clever reconfiguring the main bathroom got a second basin and shaving cabinet with the much-requested walk in shower. The laundry was in the guest bathroom + again, some reshuffling + our clients gained a usable European style laundry and private separate bathroom. This was an invaluable move as right off the kitchen which was redesigned to sort the galley style area. Planning was key with this kitchen so as to not over fill it with cabinets that would make the walk thru kitchen feel bulky. A lovely home transformation!
